Evan and his father, Jon are our resident structural engineers. They take plans from our designers, and make sure that everything is as it needs to be before we start framing. Their attention to detail makes them a valuable part of our crew.

Hope is our resident interior designer. She works on projects ranging from new builds to detailed home styling, curating the perfect touches to give your space that designer edge. She collaborates with clients every step of the way, providing inspiration and detailed renderings. When it comes to your home, she strives to create a timeless aesthetic for you to enjoy long term. She is happy to meet you where you are to create a space that fits within your budget and unique lifestyle.

Thrift shopping, working on her own home's DIY projects, and restoring furniture to give old pieces new life are among some of her favorite activities.

Dan was born and raised in Seattle. Another local company, him and his crew are our certified home inspectors, as well as lead and asbestos testing and abatement. For larger remodels, we call in Dan and his crew. He can get even the largest projects done in a timely and efficient manner, all while keeping your home sparkling clean. Dan's team includes:

Alex is our premier tiling expert. He immigrated from Russia with his family when he was in high school, and shortly after he started learning how to tile. He started his business, AN Tile Installation in 2010.
