We are a woman-owned business located in Mercer Island, Washington. The owner and operator, Randi Kearn, had spent nearly 30 years in the painting and construction industry before deciding to get her general contractors license and go into remodeling. This is how the Greater Spaces Remodel was created. At that point, Kearn decided to specialize in residential and commercial environments. More specifically, the company remodels kitchens, bathrooms, and offers many additional services.

At Greater Spaces Remodel, we pride ourselves on always going above and beyond. We want each customer to have a seamless experience when doing business with us. This means going to the customer’s remodel site to handle estimates and taking care of the entire process of receiving the permits for the customer.
